We have an opportunity for a Full-Time Care Quality Support Officer; this is a perfect role for someone who is seeking to develop their experience and skills in adult social care.

As a Care Quality Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking Care Act Reviews/care quality reviews/welfare checks
  • A designated provider portfolio supporting our Care Quality Officers
  • Maintaining recording systems and processes

As the first person to hold this post, you will have a unique opportunity to establish the role, making a significant contribution to the continued shaping and embedding of care quality in the Borough.

We are keen to hear from you if you are a flexible team worker with excellent communication and professional curiosity skills. You will be able to demonstrate your drive and ‘can do’ approach in an environment that can be challenging and fast paced.

About the team: We are part of the Safeguarding, Quality & Governance Directorate. A supportive Team Manager leads the team made up of experienced Officers who are passionate about care quality, with fantastic support from our team administrator.  Through strong partnerships and a shared commitment to improvement, we support our providers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
